The Colonial Craftsmen’s Club of Colonial Massachusetts is a social, fraternal, and charitable Masonic club operated within the jurisdiction of the Most Worshipful Grand Lodge of Massachusetts.
For more than fifty years, the Club has performed Masonic work for lodges around the state, as well as many other other states and jurisdictions from Nevada to Florida, and in the United Kingdom.
In addition, the club has its own unique presentation, a short play depicting the meeting of a lodge in the Town of Boston just before the Revolution, called On the Square: 1775.
The Club collects fees for its Colonial presentations and accepts donations for degree work and installations. Receipts from these appearances are used to support the Club’s charitable contributions to a number of Masonic charities.
You may engage the Colonial Craftsmen to perform an installation, a degree for candidates, or On the Square: 1775 for Master Masons. Our Distaff members are available to entertain and inform the ladies of your lodge when the Club performs.
We can be present on the your lodge’s regular meeting night or for a special communication. For standard Degree work we prefer 60 days advance notice to schedule a performance; for On the Square, we prefer 90 days notice before your desired date.
